Terms of Sale

Seller: HoroTrade, [TO BE COMPLETED].

Buyer: any professional member of the HoroTrade platform who has accepted these terms upon registration.

Access to HoroTrade is reserved for watch industry professionals (resellers, jewellers, wholesalers, importers). Each application is reviewed manually.

Prices are quoted in euros. Payment terms are agreed at the time of each transaction. Late payment will incur statutory interest.

Watches are shipped in secure packaging and insured for their declared value. Delivery terms are agreed with the buyer at the time of order. Risk transfers upon delivery.

Any claim must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt to contact@horotrade.com. HoroTrade will propose a fair solution for any significant discrepancy.

HoroTrade guarantees the authenticity of every watch listed on the platform. All watches are second-hand and sold as described.

All transactions are strictly confidential. HoroTrade will not disclose members' commercial information to third parties.

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of [TO BE COMPLETED].
